The products are sent by courier (ACS or GENERAL POST). Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days. If a product you ordered is not available, we will notify you by email or phone. You will receive your order in one shipment as soon as all the products are available. Alternatively, call us at 27433-00750 to cancel the product that is not available and we will send you the rest of the order immediately. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on destination:
GREECE
If your order is over 50 € and up to 3 kg weight (volumetric or real), shipping is free. Especially for bulky products, there will be prior contact with you for any extra shipping costs.
If your order is under 50 €, the shipping costs are:
Within the region and within the city: € 2.50 / 2 kg
To land destinations: € 2.80 / 2 kg
To island destinations: € 3.20 / 2 kg
To inaccessible areas: 11.63 € / 2 kg
If you wish to be sent by cash on delivery, you have an extra charge of € 2.50. For both of the above cases, if your order is over 2 kg, there is a charge of € 0.90 / kg.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
Cash on delivery
Payment to the Courier employee upon delivery of the products. With this payment method, you are charged € 2.00 extra from the shipping costs, wherever the delivery takes place. However, if your order is over € 50, you will not be charged extra. Please also read the Shipping information for further clarification.
With credit card
When entering your card details, the bank holds the money but does not initially charge the amount of your order. Your credit card will be charged during invoicing to avoid problems in case of non-immediate availability. To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit cards, these are made through the security system of Piraeus Win Bank. ForDerma.gr does not have access to your card details, nor can it collect them.
Deposit in a corporate bank account
When completing your order, choose Bank Payment as your payment method. Contact us to confirm the availability of the product and the amount of money before making the deposit.

Note: Any transaction costs do not relate to our charges and are borne solely by the customer. To avoid additional charges, deposit the amount of money directly in one of the cooperating banks (Piraeus Bank, ALPHA BANK, National Bank).
