The user/visitor after receiving the product, if he/she is not satisfied with the purchase, has the right within 14 calendar days from receipt, after contacting the same day or the next working day in the contact details of the Company and reports this/her full details and the order details, to send the product at his own expense to the address of the Company, completing the withdrawal request and the condition in which he received the product.
In addition it may request the correction or replacement of the product with another of equal value. According to the law, returns are accepted as above only if the products to be returned are in the same condition in which they were received, ie without being unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, accompanied by the retail sales receipt or the invoice.
